1. Locate credentials
- Your email drop-box address, shown in Innbocks under Settings, Integrations as soon as you turn the PostalMate integration on, e.g.

2. Close any in-progress PostalMate shipments before editing settings.

Turn on package-receiving emails in PostalMate1. Open Tools, then PostalMate Settings, and find the Email Notifications (or Notifications) section. Menu names vary slightly between PostalMate versions.
2. Enable the Shipment and Package Receiving emails, enter your SMTP credentials, and use the Test button to confirm a message sends.
3. Each boxholder's email address on file in PostalMate should match the email they use with Innbocks. That is how we route each notice to the right customer.

Send Innbocks a copy of each notice1. In the package-receiving email settings, tick Copy e-mails to store. If your version shows a Store copy address field, paste your Innbocks drop-box address there.
2. If there is no field for a second address (newer PostalMate versions only copy your store's own email), keep the store copy turned on and set your store inbox to automatically forward those notices to your drop-box address. In Gmail or Outlook this is a one-time forwarding rule.
3. If your version offers Attach scan image, check it so photos travel with each notice.
4. Send a test email to your drop-box address to confirm your store email can forward to innbocks.com.

Export your mailbox roster & upload to Innbocks1. Close PostalMate, then launch PM Utilities → File → Export → Customer data...
2. Check Mailbox Number (PMB), Primary Name, Email, Telephone/Cell → Export as CSV.
3. Log in to Innbocks → Customers → Add Customers → the Bulk Add Customers tab → upload the CSV. The column mapper recognizes PostalMate headings automatically.
1. Scan any envelope into a test mailbox.
2. Wait up to 60 seconds.
3. In Innbocks, confirm the piece appears under that mailbox with the image attached.
