"Quick-Start" Checklist for the Store

(Hand this to any PostalMate location; the whole setup takes 15 minutes and requires zero code changes.)

1. Locate credentials

  • Innbocks subdomain email address you received during signup, e.g. yoursubdomain@innbocks.com

2. Close any in-progress PostalMate shipments before editing settings.

Turn on Package-Receiving e-mails in PostalMate

1. Open Tools → PostalMate Settings → Email Notifications

2. On the Shipment tab tick Enabled and enter your SMTP credentials → Test → make sure " Message sent" pops up.

3. Switch to the Package Receiving tab and tick Enabled.

Add the drop-box copy

1. Still on Package Receiving, tick Copy e-mails to store.

2. Paste your Innbocks address in Store copy address.

3. Check Attach scan image so photos travel with the notice.

Insert the mailbox token

1. In the Subject field type (or edit) →

2. Use the Insert field ▼ dropdown to select the exact tokens for Mailbox Number (PMB), First Name, Last Name, and Email.

3. Click OK Close to save.

Export your mailbox roster & upload to Innbocks

1. Close PostalMate, then launch PM Utilities File Export Customer data...

2. Check Mailbox Number (PMB), Primary Name, Email, Telephone/Cell Export as CSV.

3. Log in to Innbocks → Settings Mailboxes Import → upload the CSV → map columns → Import.

Verify
≤2 min

1. Scan any envelope into a test mailbox.

2. Wait up to 60 seconds.

3. In Innbocks, confirm the piece appears under that mailbox with the image attached.

Done. Live from now on.
