Virtual Mailbox Software Pricing for CMRA Operators

Pricing is simple. Start free, add customers when you are ready. We charge a flat platform fee per active customer per month, with no revenue share on what you charge your customers.

Flat fee per active customer

You pay one flat platform fee for each active customer mailbox per month. Inactive customers are not billed. Current pricing is an introductory rate available for a limited time. Contact us for current pricing for your store.

No revenue share

You set your customer-facing subscription prices and action fees, and you keep the margin. Innbocks takes no percentage of your subscription revenue.

Billing starts when you do

Signing up and setting up your branded portal is free. Your platform bill begins only when you start adding active customers, and it is reconciled automatically each month.

Payment processing

Customer payments run through your own connected Stripe account, so funds go directly to you. Standard Stripe processing fees apply to card transactions.
