On Per customer, your platform cost follows your active customer count. Compliance and Complete are billed per store location instead. Inactive customers do not start platform billing.

Signing up and setting up your branded portal is free. Your platform bill begins when your first customer becomes active. The billing step shows the rate and asks you to save a card or connect Stripe before activation.
Customer payments run through your own connected Stripe account, so funds go directly to you. Standard Stripe processing fees apply to card transactions.
The Form 1583 workflow, CRD task tracking, quarterly certification prep, and the chain of custody are included on every account. Remote online notarization is a per-session charge from the notary service, and most stores pass it to the customer at sign-up.
The Innbocks team can complete CRD uploads and quarterly certification on your behalf, with evidence recorded for every filing. Regular filing is included with Compliance and Complete, subject to each plan's allowance. Per customer accounts can add pay-as-you-go or bundled managed filing. Your CRID and one-time USPS authorization are required.

Keep your mail software and customer billing where they are and use Innbocks for Form 1583, ID tracking, CRD readiness, and quarterly certification only. USPS CRD filing by Innbocks is included: approve our gateway access once and we file every record and the certification for you.

What the marketplace model costs
That comes straight from Anytime Mailbox's published rate card: $4 to $6.50 per active mailbox, plus a 5% management fee on everything collected, plus a monthly software subscription. Innbocks charges one flat per-customer fee, typically a fraction of that, and every customer payment lands in your own Stripe account.
