Leave the network. Keep your customers.

Your boxholders already trust your store. Innbocks moves them onto your own brand, your own domain, and your own Stripe account, with their Form 1583 records and mail history carried over into a system you control. The network keeps its logo. You keep the relationship.

What changes on day one

Three things move from the network's side of the table to yours the moment your store goes live.

Your brand

Customers sign up and log in on your own custom domain, notifications go out from your branded sending email domain, and the Innbocks customer mobile app connects to your store.

Your money

Customer payments go straight into your own Stripe account. No merchant-of-record hold, no revenue share, and no per-box fee. You set the plan prices and the action fees.

Your records

Form 1583s, the CRD readiness ledger, quarterly certification, and a hash-chained tamper-evident chain of custody live in your account. If you ever leave, you take a full data export with you.

How a migration works

Four steps, in order. Your counter keeps running the whole way through.

  1. 1

    Export your boxholder list

Pull the customer list out of your current platform or point-of-sale system. A spreadsheet with names, emails, and box numbers is enough to start.

  2. 2

We import it and assign numbers

Bulk add brings the whole list in at once. Mailbox number pools let you keep existing box numbers or assign new ones automatically.

  3. 3

Customers re-sign Form 1583 from home

Each customer completes Form 1583 with remote online notarization from wherever they are. You review and approve from the dashboard, and the record is retained for CMRA compliance.

  4. 4

    Switch your counter to Innbocks

Log arrivals, scans, forwards, and pickups in Innbocks. PostalMate and ShipRite email intake keep your existing counter workflow in the loop.

Migration questions

Do my customers keep their mailing address?
Your street address and PMB numbers belong to your store, not to the software. Mailbox number pools let you carry existing box numbers over so the address printed on a customer's mail does not have to change.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on the size of your boxholder list and how quickly customers complete their Form 1583. The concierge call sets the plan: what to export, when to import, and how to sequence the notarizations so the counter switch is uneventful.
What happens to the Form 1583s my customers already signed?
If the CMRA agent of record changes, customers need a new Form 1583 naming the new agent, and Innbocks walks them through it with remote online notarization from home. If the agent of record stays the same, existing records can be imported and retained alongside the new chain of custody. Confirm the specifics with your postmaster before you cut over.
Can I run both systems while I switch?
Yes. Many operators start new customers on their Innbocks-powered brand while existing network boxes run their course, then move the remaining customers as their agreements allow.
