Why Innbocks
Innbocks is white-label virtual mailbox software for stores that want to run their own mailbox business: your name, your domain, your Stripe account, and the full CMRA workflow from Form 1583 to quarterly certification. Here is why stores pick it over a marketplace listing or a hosted white-label portal.
Free to set up. Nothing charged until your first customer activates.
The market
Every option on the market fits one of these three shapes. The difference is who the customer belongs to, who bills them, and who carries the USPS paperwork.

“Use our software with your customers.”
Your logo on a portal the network hosts. The network stays merchant of record and deposits your share monthly, net of its fees.

“Run your entire mailbox business under your brand.”
Your domain, your Stripe account, and the whole CMRA workflow: scanning, billing, Form 1583, e-notarization, CRD, quarterly certification, and an API.
What you keep
Customers sign up on your site and see your name on every email and text. They are never pooled into someone else's directory.
Payments settle in your own Stripe account under your business name. Innbocks takes no share of your subscriptions.
You set the plans, the monthly rate, and the per-action fees for scans, forwarding, storage, and shredding.
Customer records, Form 1583s, IDs, mail history, and the chain of custody belong to your business. If you ever leave, you take a full export with you.
Your domain, your logo, and your colors on the portal. Notifications come from your store, not a network.
Keep PostalMate or ShipRite and log mail once. Innbocks runs alongside your point of sale rather than replacing it.
What's built in
The CMRA rules are part of how the product works, not a separate checklist you remember on inspection day.
A guided customer flow with online, in-person, or your-own-notary modes, and one-click review for your team.
When a Form 1583 is approved, a customer leaves, or an ID is replaced, the matching CRD task opens with the evidence you need to close it.
Hash-verified handling records on every mail piece that you can show at inspection.
Your roster is assembled from live records before each deadline. Review, sign, submit.
Who files with USPS?
On per-customer billing you file through the Business Customer Gateway, or choose the optional Managed CRD Service and the Innbocks team files for you. Compliance-only and Complete accounts include filing by the Innbocks team. Either way, responsibility for CMRA compliance stays with the operator.
What it costs
You do not have to start over. Customers keep their address and box number, re-sign Form 1583 under your name from their phone, and the counter switches to your brand on a day you choose.
