Only if the CMRA agent of record changes. Form 1583 authorizes a specific CMRA to receive a customer's mail, so changing software alone does not require new forms. If you are leaving a network that was the CMRA of record, customers do sign again, which they can do from home with remote online notarization. Confirm with your postmaster.

Customers who prefer the counter can sign in your physical presence or before your own notary. Every approved form lands in the CRD readiness ledger with both ID images attached.
