Switching platforms
Straight answer
Yes. The street address belongs to your location and the PMB numbers belong to your store, so customers keep both when you change software. Innbocks number pools let you keep every existing box number during import. What changes is the portal they log in to, the app they use, and the name on notifications, which now carry your brand.

Yes. Number pools in Innbocks accept your existing numbering, so a customer at PMB 214 stays at PMB 214 after import.
When you import your boxholder spreadsheet, each customer's current box number comes with them. Number pools define the ranges you use, per plan if you want, and the import assigns each existing number rather than issuing new ones. New customers after the switch draw from the pool, so numbering stays continuous. Nothing printed on a customer's business cards or filed with their bank has to change.
The portal they log in to, the app they install, who the notifications come from, and where their card payment goes. The mail itself is unaffected.
No. The carrier delivers to the same address, your counter receives it the same way, and only the software that logs it changes.
The Post Office does not know or care which software you run. Mail addressed to your street address with a PMB number arrives exactly as before. If your shipping counter runs PostalMate or ShipRite, that does not change either; Innbocks takes intake by email from both so the counter workflow stays as it is. Run both platforms side by side during the transition and log arrivals in the new one from the day you choose.
Counter software integrations
PostalMate and ShipRite intake by email, with nothing changing at the shipping counter.
Only if customers were using an address that was not your location's, or a Suite or Unit designator that has to become PMB or #.
Some network arrangements give customers the store's street address, in which case nothing moves. If a network ever issued an address that was not yours, those customers are effectively new sign-ups. The more common fix is the designator: if old addresses read Suite or Unit, USPS requires PMB or # for a private mailbox, and a platform switch is a good moment to correct it. The PMB addressing page has the exact format.
PMB addressing rules
PMB or #, never Suite or Unit, and how to present the address to customers.
Bring your boxholder list and existing numbers into Innbocks and give customers a portal and notifications under your store's name.
